Beginning Lace with Bulky Yarn!

Learn the basics of lace knitting in a fast project with bulky yarn! Lace is a delicate, finicky, and fulfilling style of knitting. This class will cover the basic stitches and techniques of lace knitting using a bulky yarn that will allow you to see the intricate details of your stitching, and will result in a fashionable, warm, dramatic knit scarf!

Materials:

  • One skein of Brown Sheep Burly Spun yarn
  • One set of size US 13 knitting needles (or one size US 13 circular needle, 24” or 32” long)

To register for a class, stop by the shop or call (907) 479-5830. ALL CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. CLASS FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Teachers will be available before class to help with purchase of yarn and other materials for the class and INUA staff are always happy to help.
